Should you require an official invitation letter for your Chinese visa application, please email the following information to Miss. Yumeng at sunyumeng@nssc.ac.cn:

1. Full Name (as it appears in your passport)

2. Nationality

3. Passport Number

4. Date of Birth

5. Biological Gender

6. Institution

7. Profession and/or Position

8. Email Address

9. A clear copy of the passport information page (PDF or high-resolution image)

• Please ensure that all information provided is accurate and consistent with your passport.

• Requests for official invitation letters must be submitted by 15 December 2026. Requests received after this date may not be processed in time for visa application purposes.
